This policy explains what personal information Atlas Virtual Agency collects through atlasvirtualagency.com, how it's used, and who it's shared with.

  • Client inquiries: name, email, phone number, and details about the support you're looking for, submitted through our client application form.

  • Assistant applications: name, email, phone number, resume and work history, and any other information you provide when applying to work with Atlas, submitted through our assistant application form.

  • Newsletter signups: name and email address, if you subscribe to The Atlas Dispatch.


We also collect some technical information automatically through the tools that run our site, described below.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to evaluate client and assistant applications, communicate with you about your inquiry or application, send The Atlas Dispatch to subscribers, and run our business operations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who We Share It With

We share information with the service providers who help us run Atlas Virtual Agency:


  • HoneyBook, which hosts our application forms and manages client and assistant records.

  • Trello, which we use to manage client work once you sign on with us.

  • Squarespace, which hosts our website and newsletter.

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram), for advertising and audience targeting, once our ad campaigns are active.


Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they handle data on our behalf.

Cookies & Tracking

Our site uses cookies from Squarespace to operate the website, and from HoneyBook to run our embedded application forms. Once our Meta ad campaigns launch, we'll also use Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and show relevant ads to people who've visited our site.

Data Retention

We generally retain assistant applications for up to one year. Client inquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship.

Your Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing rebekah@atlasvirtualagency.com.
