Samantha Bala-Ndimal works as an Executive Assistant, partnering closely with senior leaders to help turn vision into action. With more than 10 years of experience supporting executives in both corporate and mission-driven organizations, she brings a unique blend of operational skill, relational intelligence, and strategic support to her role. Samantha has worked alongside senior pastors and executive leaders to coordinate priorities, strengthen communication across teams, and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly.

She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Liberty University.
When she’s not working, Samantha loves solo traveling and discovering new cities and cultures. She also enjoys staying active and is always up for an adventure. Her favorite treat? Sour Patch Kids — the perfect balance of sweet and sour.
